Just a quick market update for the Irving las Colinas Real Estate market. Been VERY busy with the new business. The market has been good so far this year. I have added many new listings and put alot of those in escrow. It remains a buyers market, but it is a terrific time to sell your home and move up if you can get a good price out of your existing home and get a great deal on the new one.
